Orlando
Orlando is Central Florida's center of activities, with endless possibilities. It will probably be the first choice when your grandkids come to visit! Orlando is almost due north of Okeechobee, with most of the drive on The Florida Turnpike. Plan a fun-filled day at one of Disney theme parks, and top it off with a dinner-show. Disney even has a place to park your RV if you want to stay for a few days. Although Orlando is known for its theme parks, some of its museums and nature preserves are quite surprising. Dad may want to shop at Bass Pro Shop while Mom heads for the fancy Mall at Millenia or one of the big outlet malls.
