There are many personal considerations that make owning your own RV site especially attractive. Your lot at Silver Palms RV Village will be your own personal place in the sun.

▪	Reservations are never needed. When you own your own lot, you are always guaranteed your own spot during peak season.
▪	You actually have a simple deed of ownership of land and a voice in the park's management and policies.
▪	Site ownership assures the buyer that their neighbors will likely be of a similar socio-economic level and share common values and ideals.
▪	Rising gas prices and possibilities of shortages causes many long-time RV owners to look at alternative RV uses.
▪	This is not in any way a time share, membership or club membership.
▪	Ownership is not restricted to persons 55 and older. We see no reason to exclude younger retirees.
▪	You may leave your RV on your lot when you are not here and are free to come and go with your RV as you please.
▪	You may add extra concrete or pavers for patio areas, storage buildings and other improvements on your lot, subject to the architectural review committee guidelines and approval. A number of upgrades are offered that can be included as part of the purchase price or purchased at a later date.
▪	You may add trees, flowers and landscaping to your lot, subject to architectural review committee approval.
▪	You may use your site to generate potential rental income. Silver Palms has a rental management program to assist you.
