Are you a for sale property?

Yes! Silver Palms offers ownership of deeded lots for your RV. If you do not own an RV, you may be interested in one of our Cottages neighborhood, which you may purchase as a package with the lot in our Eco-Cottage Village.Owners also have the option to rent their sites out with our rental program. What type of RV types do you allow?

Silver Palms allows Class A, Class C, Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers, provided they are 10 years or newer (or approved by management) and a minimum of 25 feet in length.

What amenities do you offer?

We offer full access to our fitness center, pool, billiard’s room, card room, dog walk, and library. Outside of the clubhouse are Pickleball, Petanque, Basketball, and Volleyball courts. During our peak season we have a full-time activities director who keeps the calendar full of great things to do daily.

What are your rates?

Rates are determined based on dates of stay, length of stay and location within the resort. Please call our front desk or use our online booking form to see current rates.

Are you close to dining, shopping or the beach?

Yes. We are on Highway 441, which happens to be one of the main roads through Okeechobee. Most dining is within just a few miles of the resort. There is a grocery store, restaurant, and shopping plaza directly outside of the resort, within walking distance. Additionally, Silver Palms RV Resort has a cafe and tiki bar operating every day during the peak season.

Can I reserve a specific site?

While we do our best to accommodate site requests, our sites are for sale. If your lot is sold, we will move you to the lot that closest accommodates your original request.

Do you offer activities?

We have a number of great activities happening regularly in the peak season. Visit our events calendar to see everything we’ve got planned!

Is your resort family friendly?

Silver Palms is a family friendly but an adult-oriented resort with limited children’s organized activities.

What are the sizes of your lot?

All of our sites are a minimum of 40’ x 70’. Each site includes a 10’ x 20’ paver patio.

Do you rent your Cottages?

No, our cottage sites are only available for purchase. Please visit our cottage page for more details.

Does the resort offer WIFI?

Yes. We currently include basic WiFi free of charge.

Do you offer full hookups?

Yes, each of our sites offers water, sewer, and 50/30 amp electric. Extended stay rates are plus metered electric.

Do you have pull-through sites?

Yes. While there are pull through sites available, they are limited. Please note that due to high demand for these sites, pull-throughs are not available for extended stays.

Do you accept pets? Are there restrictions?

We are very pet-friendly here at Silver Palms. We happily welcome your quiet, well-behaved pets with treats upon check-in, and supply pet waste bags in our designated dog run area and around the resort. We do limit guests to two (2) pets per site. We do not allow any aggressive breeds. We ask that common sense be used when traveling with your pet. Please clean up after them, refrain them from excessive barking and keep them on a leash while at the park. Pet must be kept on a leash at all times when not in your RV. Animals are not permitted in any building, facility or pool area.

Can I have a campfire on my site?

No, only propane, UL approved fire pits are allowed. No burning wood of any kind.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do offer 10% discounts off of our daily rate for; Good Sam, FMCA and Active Duty Military. A valid card must be presented at check-in to obtain these discounts. Offers may not be combined and do not apply to any other discounted rates.

Can I receive mail during my visit?

Yes. Private mailboxes are located across from the office for extended stay guests (30+ days). Upon check-in please inform front desk clerk that you would like a mailbox.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid cancellation fees, we encourage you to move your reservations, rather than canceling. We understand that you may not be able to select future dates; and, unfortunately, our policy will be in effect and at a minimum, a daily rate will be forfeited with the remainder of the deposit refunded to the credit card on file. No refunds for early departure.

On 3 Day Reservations or Less: if you cancel 72 hours prior to arrival. you will be charged for 1 Day. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged for the full reservation.

4 Day Reservations or Longer: If you cancel 90 day or more prior to your arrival date you will be charged one night. If you cancel 60-90 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit 50% of your deposit. If you cancel 0-60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit 100% of your deposit.

Do you offer a group rate?

Yes. Our group rates vary depending on the number of RV’s in the group, as well as the dates booked. Please call us toll-free at 888-200-4803.

Do you allow visitor's?

Yes, we do. We do require that all visitors register with the office.
